Third-place finish in USRA Modified at Deer Creek Speedway
With no World of Outlaw travel responsibilities over the weekend, Dustin Sorensen invaded his home track of Deer Creek Speedway (Spring Valley, Minn.) on Saturday afternoon.
Among a strong field of 30 USRA Modifieds, Sorensen won his heat race from the pole and made up two positions in the 25-lap main event to finish on the podium in third. He trailed Joe Chisholm and Brandon Davis while Josh Angst and Parker Hale completed the Top-5.
